The Chagall Performance Art Collaborative molds the infernal world premieres of Claudio Gabriele with Soundpainting interludes featuring Luciano Berio and world premieres by 6 other composers, including Etienne Rolin (France), Oliver Caplan, Tim Pence, Claudio Gabriele (Italy), and Robert Lemay.  Special guests include ChagallPAC String Quartet, The Back Bay Saxophone Quartet, and soloists Julee Avallone, Rebecca Wellons, and Todd Brunel.  Other premieres include works by Robert Lemay (Canada), writings of Diana Norma Szokolyai, and Soundpainting works by Dennis Shafer and Jennifer Bill.  Multidisciplinary collaborators also include Emile “Dr. T” Tobenfield (improvised video art), Venus in Furs Jewelry (metamorphic souvenirs!), and a “let it be(gin)” intermission surprise by contemporary artist Trevor Martin.
